By accessing or using domogle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use domogle. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit, display, or share any sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech targeting any individual or group
• Share content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Transmit spam, phishing links, malware, or any harmful content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent bans, rate limits, or other technical safeguards
• Record, capture, or distribute another user's video or audio without their consent
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service

4. Moderation and Reporting

We operate a report-based moderation system. Users may report violations at any time. When a report is submitted, a screenshot of the reported user's video feed is automatically captured and reviewed by our moderation team. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this practice.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. Decisions made by our moderation team are final.

Accounts that receive 3 or more confirmed reports may be automatically suspended pending review.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or the quality of matches. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMOGLE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMOGLE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you transmit through the Service. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to store and review flagged content for moderation purposes.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
